  • Australia Wide Shipping: We ship all orders across Australia using trusted couriers.
  • Processing Time: Orders are packed with care and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  • Delivery Timeframes:
    • Metro areas: 3–7 business days
    • Regional areas: 5–10 business days
      (Please allow extra time during peak periods and public holidays.)

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Tracking: Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
  • International Shipping: We ship to NZ. 

FOR US CUSTOMERS:

For all US orders include import duties and taxes. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery. We include all duties in our pricing so you don't face surprise custom costs. Orders ship for Australia Post.
